Returns and Refunds


We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering your products online. If the items bought by you are Returnable Item (as defined in the Terms), you can return the items purchased within 7 (seven) days of receipt of product. Please ensure that you return the product unused with all tags and original packing intact.

In cases where you receive a Returnable Item you need to raise a request within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the product ordered by you and also ship the product (with its original packaging) back to us within the said 7 (seven) days of receipt of product, together with a copy of the invoice issued by us. After the expiry of the specified time period the claim will however be considered time barred and RWL shall assume no responsibility or liability thereafter. Shipping cost incurred towards return of a product which is not a ‘Returnable Product’, shall not be borne by Fortishealthworld.com .

Upon receipt of the product we may either (i) replace the product with another product in a similar working condition; or (ii) refund the entire amount paid by you towards cost of the product, within a period of 30 (thirty) days of receipt of a valid intimation from you and the product, provided that the product is a Returnable Item. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product. We will also bear the return shipping charges in such cases.

In case of refund, where shipping costs were applied, 100% of the product cost will be refunded except for the shipping costs incurred on shipping the product to you. In case of a free shipping order, 100% of the product cost will be refunded. Return shipping charges shall be borne by us as stated below.

If you had made an online payment we will reverse the payment in a similar fashion. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer and mail it to the relevant customer address recorded with us.

Please be advised that we do not guarantee the refund payment processing time of third parties/banks etc. Any delays that occur as a consequence will not be our responsibility; however we will provide all assistance to expedite the same.

Under What scenarios can I return the product?

In case the product received is the incorrect product and not the one ordered by you

In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated within 7 days on receipt of the product. We urge you to inspect the product at the time of delivery and not to accept a product in such a case. We will also bear the return shipping charges in such cases.

In case the product received is damaged/defective

If an item is found damaged during shipping or defective, please get in touch with our customer care department at customercare@fortishealthworld.com within 7 days of receipt of the product. We urge you to inspect the product at the time of delivery and not to accept a product in such a case.

Following products shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Products damaged due to misuse of product
  • Products which are incidentally damaged due to malfunctioning of product
  • Any products which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
  • Any product with damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override “7 Day Returns Policy" if stated accordingly.

How do I arrange for a return pickup?

In case the product has been delivered, please get in touch with us at customercare@fortishealthworld.com and our customer care team would explain you with the return process.

Goods which have been delivered by our logistic partners will be picked up by them and in case the goods have been delivered by Fortis Healthworld store delivery team then the goods will be picked by Fortis Healthworld team.

Fortis Healthworld reserves the right to decide whether a product is returnable or replaceable or is entitled for refund as per the above policy.
