Key Program Terms:
This program is valid till Mar 31st, 2009 and participation is purely voluntary. (to be reviewed subsequently)
- Customers eligible for membership on purchase of products worth Rs 300/-.
- On registration customers will be given cards and they can start earning points on that card with every purchase and will be awarded 1.5 point on card initialization.
- Rs 200 = 1 point and customers can redeem points after accumulating at least 10 points = Rs 2000 purchase.
- Value of each point = Rs. 10
- Points will be in fractions of Rs. 200
- Points can be earned and re-deemed at any FHWL store.
- Points to expire after 6 months of from the last date of transaction.
Terms & Conditions:
Earned loyalty points cannot be exchanged for Cash.
Valid prescription would be required for redemption of Points against medicines.
Valid only in Fortis HealthWorld stores against the total bill value before taxes.
Points shall stand exhausted at the time of first use irrespective of the fact that the value of purchase is less than the total points value.
Only original BSC card will be accepted.
No claim for any loss of points shall be accepted.
Points can be utilized against all products and services available in the store.
- FHWL reserves the right the to amend the program at any time without assigning and reason thereof.
- Any additional schemes and promotions will be governed as per their respective terms and conditions.
